Prior to commencing care, we always conduct a thorough home help assessment to ensure that a tailored care package is developed to provide the full range of support that your loved one requires.

How we do things

• Enquiry- Initially this may be conducted over the telephone with you, for us to understand the level of support you require
• Assessment – Our Registered Manager will conduct an assessment of your care or support needs
• Assessment Review – Once all the information gathered from the client’ initial assessment is collated a further meeting shall be arranged to discuss and review the proposed care and support package
• Service Provision – Once clients are happy with the devised care or support package and wish to start with our home help services, we will arrange for appropriately experienced and qualified care workers to undertake the package
• Records – Care and support workers are required to keep records of the activities they have undertaken and any other incidents that have arose, during a visit to a client.

You will always receive a warm and friendly welcome from our office team. All office staff are DBS police checked and will treat you with respect and dignity. And of course, we always ensure your queries are dealt with in the strictest of confidence.
